Job Description

Summary of Position

The Marketing Director is responsible for direct marketing programs, branding and corporate communications. Responsibilities include; working with executive management to design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan along with coordination and execution of corporate branding, market research, product marketing, collateral creation, events, electronic and social media.

Essential Functions

•        Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan for the firm. Support and facilitate development and implementation of industry marketing plans

•        Organize and implement client acquisition programs including client satisfaction surveys and special events

•        Interface with outside vendors to produce promotional material including collateral, signage, advertisements, videos, webcasts, and giveaways

•        Responsible for all aspects of brand management including regular communication and consistent use of our brand

•        Oversee corporate communications activities through internal systems and external vendors and consultants

•        Oversee firm's electronic marketing and social media efforts including supervision of Web site design, content development and maintenance

•        Develop marketing collateral to include : product descriptions, marketing collateral, introductory emails

•        Oversea third party lead generation programs 

•        Supervise firm's RFP protocol process including soliciting RFPs from desirable prospective clients and writing proposals for new business; participate in planning and presentation sessions, when assigned

•        Develop and administer marketing database which includes client and prospect information, mailing list applications, etc

•        Create ongoing social media campaign

•        Work with Sales Support & Engineering teams to productive and ready for market new service offerings

•        Create metrics & quantify success for lead generation and marketing programs

•        Work with sales to create sales forecasting

•        Create and review corporate website anayltics

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

•        BA/BS degree with at least 5 years relevant experience at senior management levels

•        Strategic thinker with experience presenting to executive audiences

•        Must be self-motivated, flexible, articulate, and possess excellent verbal/written skills along with strong interpersonal skills

•        Exceptional budget management, vendor management, negotiation, and organizational skills

•        Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

•        Must be willing to travel and work long flexible hours

•        Adobe, MS Office/Publisher, + lots of other software
