Job Description



Summary of Position


This position is responsible for selling the organization's services to and developing relationships with new customers as well as maintaining relationships with existing named accounts.






Essential Functions






•         Develops and implements short and long term strategic territory business plans



•         Manages and grows revenue and market share for new accounts as well as existing customers to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve company’s strategic objectives



•         Develops and maintains client relationships to ultimately drive revenue growth



•         Develops and executes account strategy by collaborating with account team to deliver stronger more relevant value propositions  






•         Cultivates customer relationships and ensures effective service delivery to accounts



•         Focuses on customer's satisfaction, knows the customer's business and workflows, develops proper contact network within accounts



•         Supports execution of strategy at the account level



•         Works with and brings in experts/specialists where required, has oversight of all account activites, and gives feedback to marketing



•         Responsible for forecasting, keeps management in touch with accounts in a timely fashion, gathers intelligence on competitor activity,






•         Develops and implements short and long term strategic business plans designed to grow franchise and achieve required sales objectives






•         Obtain highest margin and revenue sales goals by providing solution based opportunities for the customer



 




•         Identifies and recognizes key new business opportunities and trends to appropriate personnel

Required Qualifications




•         College degree



•         2+ years outside sales experience (preferably in the professional services/data networking environment)



•         Understanding of new and emerging technology trends in Managed Services, SD-WAN , Digital Media, Wireless and Managed Mobility



•         Wireless and Managed Mobility



•         Solution sales experience



•         Relationship seller






Additional Qualifications Desired



•         Experience selling to carriers a plus



•         Enterprise sales a plus
